These are services that we provide to users to meet their short-term support requests by connecting to the customer’s system, via e-mail or phone. In this context, we provide support services for short-term requests such as report and form designs, questions, problems or data updates, or authorization requests.
We meet long-term support requests of users at pre-planned times by connecting to the customer’s system. In this context, our planned support services for works exceeding an hour include report and form designing that require analysis, multi-transfer or batch data update operations, version changes and user trainings.
Especially in multi-user systems, where technology and business processes are constantly evolving, the added value created by periodic support services to enterprises is extremely valuable today. In this regard, we provide full-day support services to companies on-site or remotely on pre-scheduled business days. We provide periodic support services on designated business days of the week or month.
